- Cigna Medical

MetLife Dental
- Access your ID card at metlife.com. To register, follow these instructions. Wallet compatibility available.
- You do not need an ID card for your coverage. Simply tell your provider your coverage is with MetLife and provide your SSN; they can verify coverage for you.
MetLife Vision
- You won’t receive or need an ID card — your provider can look up your coverage using your personal information.
